Day 1 of your 10-day Jumpstart

This is your Day 1 workout for your 10-day Jumpstart. If you haven't already, please go through the prep-module and introduction!

Welcome to day 1 Workout 1 before you get right into it, make sure you do a warm up! I have provided a warm up video for you but you're welcome to do your own - just make sure it is a minimum of 5 minutes and all of your muscles are warmed up before getting into the day's workout!


This is a 10 minute workout. If you are just getting back into the swing of things start with just doing it 1x through but make sure you build up your workout time each day as we continue one. To complete more than one time through just hit repeat on the video to reach your daily goal!

Don't forget to finish each workout with at least 5 minutes of a cool down and stretch!
